Steps For Installation
- The product will be delivered semi-assembled
- Assembly can be easily done by the user
- Backrest must be lifted and placed inside the two slots on either side of the seat, and pushed from the top. You will hear a click sound, indicating the backrest is locked in place.
- During Use: Avoid the use of sharp objects or blades. Avoid direct sunlight and strong light. Regularly check the kinetic parts and screws.
- Overuse Warning: To avoid shutdown due to overheating of parts, please do not operate the massager mechanism for more than 1 hour at a stretch.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth immediately in case of any spills to avoid stains.
- Storage: Cover with a dustproof cloth. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not keep in damp or humid environments.

10 Days Replacement Policy
The Sleep Company is committed to delivering exceptional comfort and complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality products backed by reliable service. However, in rare cases where a product is found to be defective or damaged, we offer a replacement as per our policy. As our products are large and specially packaged for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once they have been delivered. Our replacement policy has been carefully designed to ensure a smooth and fair resolution while maintaining product quality and customer trust.
- The product must be inspected at the time of delivery. If any product or part is found defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify The Sleep Company Customer Service immediately via email or call. Any such issues must be reported within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. The alleged issues shall be considered null and void if not reported within 10 days of the delivery date. No claims in this regard can be taken after expiry of 10 days.
- Upon receiving a valid complaint, The Sleep Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the defective part or the entire product, depending on the nature of the defect or damage.
- The Sleep Company reserves the right to request images or videos of the product to validate the claim. This may include close-up photos of the defect/damage and wider shots of the product delivered.
- All replacements or exchanges are subject to product availability. If an identical product is not available, The Sleep Company reserves the right to offer an alternative product of similar value, category, or specifications, as deemed appropriate.
- The final decision on all replacement requests under the 10-Day Replacement Policy shall rest solely with The Sleep Company. The company reserves the absolute right to reject any replacement request that does not meet the Terms and Conditions of the policy. Furthermore, The Sleep Company is not obligated to comply with any legal notice regarding replacement claims, as the decision to approve or reject a request falls under the company's sole discretion.

- Visible tears, cuts, or holes present at the time of delivery.

- Fabric/leather peeling, pilling, or discoloration visible at delivery.

- Noisy or jammed recliner movement caused by faulty installation or manufacturing.
- Rocking/rotating function not operating as intended.

- Broken or cracked frame upon delivery.

- Pilling or peeling caused by external friction, pets, or sharp objects.
- Mold, fungus, or odors caused by improper storage in humid or damp conditions.
- Customer-induced damage, including tearing, burns, or misuse.

- Wear and tear of the mechanism from regular usage.
- Mechanism failure due to external factors such as improper handling, uneven floor placement, or overloading.
