SmartGRID mattresses are both FIRM & SOFT – firm where support is needed and soft where cuddling and comfort are needed. Our SmartGRID Luxe mattress is 5 on a scale of 10, which is like a luxury soft, and our SmartGRID Ortho is 7 on a scale of 10, which is medium firm (1 on the scale means soft like a feather and 10 means hard like a floor)

SmartGRID itself has more than 2500 air channels which ensure enough space for air circulation, so you sleep cool & comfy. Only in case water is spilled, we do recommend drying it first before putting a bed cover/ bed sheet.
