Exclusions

The warranty does not over:

• Natural wear and tear, fading, or discoloration over time
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, self-assembly, or unauthorised repairs
• Variations in texture, color, or grain in natural materials like fabric or leatherette, which are inherent characteristics
• Superficial changes due to environmental factors like humidity or temperature (e.g., minor expansion or contraction of wood)
• Electrical damages caused by power surges or improper use of electrical components
• Leather or leatherette sofas may produce rubbing sounds initially due to the nature of the fabric. This is normal and tends to reduce with usage over time

• Maintain Cushion Shape: Regularly fluff the cushions to help them retain their original shape and comfort.
