Order & Delivery Conditions

The complimentary pillow shall be provided strictly in kind, limited to one (1) per eligible order, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, refund, exchange, or credit note, and may be dispatched along with the original order or separately at the Company’s sole discretion.
The Company’s maximum liability under this Offer shall be limited strictly to providing the complimentary pillow worth Rs.999/-.
The Offer shall not apply to any delay arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, Customer unavailability, order modification or rescheduling requests, payment authorization or fraud verification issues, logistics or operational constraints, or any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural calamities, governmental actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
