100 Nights Trial

Adjustment Period

For most people, it is love at first sight. However, some people take time to adjust to the support and relief provided by our Smart GRID Mattress. Don’t worry! This happens as most mattresses do not support your body’s natural shape. So over years, your body has become accustomed to improper support. The 100 Nights Trial policy is applicable on all our SmartGRID Mattresses except the Sensai Mattress. Our 100 Nights Trial Policy does not cover any other SmartGRID products including, Beds, Pillows, Cushions, Bedding accessories, office chairs and SensAI Mattress.With Great Mattress comes Great Sleep, but it can take a while for your body to get used to it. That’s why we give you 100 Nights trial to fall in love with our SmartGRID Mattresses.

Refunds & Returns

We believe that you will love your mattress. However, if you are not completely satisfied within one hundred (100) nights from the date of delivery, you may request a return, subject to these terms. Refunds shall be processed only to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after successful inspection and approval of the returned Product at our warehouse. The Product must be returned in good condition and must not be damaged, soiled, tampered with, misused, or altered in any manner. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by the Company at its sole discretion. Reverse pickup charges shall apply in case of replacement requests and will be communicated at the time of initiation. In case of refund, only the actual amount paid at the time of purchase shall be reimbursed. Delivery charges, installation charges, promotional discounts, exchange bonuses, and any ancillary fees shall not be refunded. Any EMI processing charges, foreclosure or pre-closure penalties, cancellation charges, interest components, or other banking-related fees levied by the issuing bank are solely at the bank’s discretion, and the Company shall not be liable for such charges under any circumstances.

Terms and Conditions for 100 Nights Trial

     
  • Keep the original invoice hard copy and warranty card to avail 100 Nights trial or any warranty claims.
  •  
  • 100 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, the 100 Nights trial will not be applicable.
  •  
  • 100 Nights Trial is applicable on standard and custom size mattresses (Not applicable on Kids Mattress range).
  •  
  • Return and Refund on 100 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to return/refund under 100 Nights Trial.
  •  
  • Our 100 Nights Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine The Sleep Company Mattress purchased from www.thesleepcompany.in and www.amazon.in
  •  
  • We will need photographic proof of the mattress from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
  •  
  • The final decision on refund under the 100 Nights Trial offer will be made by The Sleep Company. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial Offer.
  •  
  • 100 Nights Trial is not applicable for purchases made through any 3rd party retailer like Flipkart, Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, etc.
  •  
  • Adjustment Period: As per research it is proven that change in the mattress can take 3-4 weeks. We ask you to give your SmartGRID mattress a fair chance of a minimum of 3 weeks as our bodies can take time to adjust.
  •  
  • Any order cancelled post-dispatch will bear cancellation charges or 2-way transportation.
  •  
  • Any return because of wrong size ordering, model exchange, or price issue between sale events is not allowed under the 100 Nights trial policy and will be rejected for return.
  •  
  • Any concerns related to product damage or incorrect size must be reported within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for returns or replacements under the 100 Nights Trial.

Exceptions to Return/ Refund under 100 Nights Trial

  • There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress. The 100-nights trial does not cover the exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.
  • Accessories are replaceable within 7 days of delivery only if there is any manufacturing defect.
