• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: 

1. Damaged Products: Items received in a visibly damaged condition. 
2. Incorrect Items: Products that differ from the original order (e.g., wrong SKU delivered). 

Not Eligible for Return: 

• Damage due to self-assembly or installation by unauthorized third-party service providers. 
• Issues arising from dismantling, reassembly, or relocation by the customer. 
• Returns due to minor natural variations in material (e.g., grain, texture, or color). 

Return Process 

1. Inspection & Documentation 

• At the time of delivery, inspect the product and make a video documenting any visible damage or discrepancies. 
• Ensure the video is captured before assembly or usage.

1. Evaluation 

• Our team will evaluate the request within 7 working days. In some cases, an expert technician may visit to assess the product. 

1. Return or Replacement 

• Approved returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. 
• Pick-up will be arranged from the original delivery address.

1. Tolerance & Natural Variations 

• Material Characteristics: Slight variations in color, texture, or grain in wood, leatherette, or upholstery are natural and not considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness of each product. 
• Dimension Tolerance: All products are made with a size tolerance of (+/- 10mm). Differences in comfort levels may occur due to natural material properties and are not defects. 
• Climate Response: Materials like wood may expand or contract due to temperature or humidity, leading to minor superficial changes. 

1. Fit & Access Responsibility 

• Customers must ensure the furniture fits through doorways, staircases, and into the intended room. 
• If delivery is refused due to size issues, a nominal charges of upto Rs.10000/- will be charged as Return Transport Fee.

1. Wooden Structure – 10 Years
   Covered against manufacturing defects including: Structural failure - Warping or bending of the wooden frame.
2. Recliner Mechanism & Motor – 3 Years
   Covered against: Manufacturing or operational defects - Functional failure under normal usage conditions.
3. Fabric & Leatherette Upholstery – 1 Year
   Covered against manufacturing defects such as: Stitching issues - Peeling or material defects (Normal wear and tear excluded).
4. Electrical Components – 1 Year
   Covered against defects in: Wiring - Switches, controls, and electronic functionality.
   

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:

• Natural wear and tear, ageing, fading, or discoloration over time.
• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accidents, or negligence.
• Damage due to self-assembly, relocation mishandling, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.
• Minor variations in texture, colour, or grain in fabric or leatherette, which are natural characteristics of the material.
• Superficial changes caused by environmental factors such as humidity or temperature (e.g., minor expansion or contraction of wood).
• Electrical damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or incorrect usage.
• Initial rubbing or friction sounds in leather or leatherette upholstery, which are natural and typically reduce with regular use.

• Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim warranty service.
• Repairs or replacements will be carried out at the sole discretion of The Sleep Company.
• Warranty service does not include cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.

• Maintain Cushion Shape: Regularly fluff the cushions to help them retain their original shape and comfort. 
• Check Moving Mechanisms: Ensure all adjustable or moving parts are securely attached and functioning smoothly. 
• Protect from Sunlight: Keep your sofa out of direct sunlight to preserve its color, shine, and overall integrity. 
• Regular Cleaning: Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the fabric. 
• Avoid Excessive Pressure: Refrain from sitting or resting on the arms to prevent damage and preserve the structure. 
• Use a Cover: When not in use, cover your sofa to shield it from dust, dirt, and harmful UV rays. 
• Professional Moving: For any relocation, enlist professional help to prevent strain or misalignment of internal mechanisms. 
• Immediate Spill Cleanup: Act quickly to blot and clean any spills or stains to prevent long-term damage. 
• Toppling Precaution: Do not sit or attempt to stand while the recliner is in the reclined position. This may damage the mechanism or create a risk of toppling.
