Return Process

• At the time of delivery, inspect the product and make a video documenting any visible damage or discrepancies. 
• Ensure the video is captured before assembly or usage.

• Our team will evaluate the request within 7 working days. In some cases, an expert technician may visit to assess the product. 

1. Return or Replacement 

• Approved returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. 
• Pick-up will be arranged from the original delivery address.

• Dimension Tolerance: All products are made with a size tolerance of (+/- 10mm). Differences in comfort levels may occur due to natural material properties and are not defects. 
• Climate Response: Materials like wood may expand or contract due to temperature or humidity, leading to minor superficial changes. 

1. Fit & Access Responsibility 

• Customers must ensure the furniture fits through doorways, staircases, and into the intended room. 
• If delivery is refused due to size issues, a nominal charges of upto Rs.10000/- will be charged as Return Transport Fee.

• Wooden Structure - Covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects, warping, or structural failures. 
• Mechanism & Motor - Covered for 2 years for operational defects or failures. 
• Fabric and Leatherette Upholstery - Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues or peeling (normal wear and tear excluded). 
• Electrical Components - Covered for 1 year against defects in electronic functionality, such as wiring or controls. 

Exclusions The warranty does not cover: 

• Natural wear and tear, fading, or discoloration over time. 
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, self-assembly, or unauthorized repairs. 
• Variations in texture, color, or grain in natural materials like fabric or leatherette, which are inherent characteristics. 
• Superficial changes due to environmental factors like humidity or temperature (e.g., minor expansion or contraction of wood). 
• Electrical damages caused by power surges or improper use of electrical components.

• Maintain Cushion Shape: Regularly fluff the cushions to help them retain their original shape and comfort. 
• Check Moving Mechanisms: Ensure all adjustable or moving parts are securely attached and functioning smoothly. 
• Protect from Sunlight: Keep your sofa out of direct sunlight to preserve its color, shine, and overall integrity. 
• Regular Cleaning: Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the fabric. 
• Avoid Excessive Pressure: Refrain from sitting or resting on the arms to prevent damage and preserve the structure. 
• Use a Cover: When not in use, cover your sofa to shield it from dust, dirt, and harmful UV rays.
