How to Get Installation?
We have free installation for all our chairs and beds for a list of serviceable PIN codes. Once your order is delivered our Sleep Squad will get in touch with you to book a slot. Your installation aims to be completed in 48-72 hrs post-delivery.
When Will My Chair/ Bed be Installed?
If your PIN code is serviceable and you have not opted for DIY installation, installation usually happens within 72 hours of delivery. Our Sleep Squad will reach out to you for installation to confirm your availability.
How to Schedule Installation?
Sit back and relax as all installations are auto-scheduled by our team post delivery if your PIN code is serviceable and you have not opted for DIY installation. Once our Sleep Squad is assigned, they will get in touch with you within 72 hrs to confirm your availability.
What is the 100 Nights Trial?
Generally, the human body takes up to 2-3 weeks to adapt to a new sleeping surface. Our 100-Nights Trial is the assurance that if your body doesn’t adapt to the mattress or you’re simply not happy with your purchase, you can request a return for a full refund or a replacement within 100 days by emailing us at care@thesleepcompany.in or chatting on WhatsApp. The 100-Nights trial is only valid on orders placed from The Sleep Company Website, Store, and Amazon. It is not applicable on orders placed from other e-commerce websites and kids mattresses.
When Does My 100 Nights Trial End?
The 100-Nights trial starts from the day of delivery. To know the exact end date, check the order details for the delivery date. The 100-Nights trial is not valid on kids mattresses.
