• Applicability These terms apply exclusively to purchases made using the No Cost EMI payment option via eligible credit or debit cards. This facility is not available on purchases made via net banking, UPI, wallets, or cash/pay-on-delivery modes. 
• Offer Availability No Cost EMI is available on select products and with select bank partners, as determined by The Sleep Company from time to time. Eligible products and applicable bank/card combinations will be communicated at the point of sale and on the product pages on the website. 
• Eligible Payment Instruments This offer is applicable only on credit cards and select debit cards issued by partner banks, subject to the issuing bank's approval. The list of eligible banks and card types is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Single Product per Transaction To avail No Cost EMI, the order must contain only one product. Any additional product or service added to the same order will automatically disqualify the transaction from the offer. 
• Processing Fee & GST Some banks may levy a processing fee on EMI conversion. This processing fee, along with applicable GST on such fee, is not covered under the No Cost EMI offer and shall be borne entirely by the customer. Customers are advised to check with their issuing bank for applicable charges prior to completing the transaction. The Sleep Company has no role in determining, collecting, or waiving these charges. 

• Taxes on Purchase Participating banks reserve the right to levy GST or other applicable taxes on EMI transactions, which will be over and above the product invoice amount. The Sleep Company will not be responsible for any such charges. 
• Prepayment / Foreclosure In the event of early closure or prepayment of the EMI, foreclosure or prepayment charges as levied by the issuing bank shall apply and be borne entirely by the customer. The Sleep Company bears no liability for such charges. 
• Order Cancellation & Refund No Cost EMI is available only on confirmed, non-cancelled orders where the product has not been returned or exchanged by the customer. In the event of an order cancellation, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source. For EMI transactions, the refund amount will be credited back to the customer's card and the EMI will be closed by the issuing bank. Any processing fee or GST already deducted by the bank at the time of EMI booking may not be refundable and will be governed by the issuing bank's refund policy. Refund timelines are determined by the issuing bank and typically take 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The Sleep Company is responsible for initiating the refund of the product transaction amount only; cancellation of the loan arrangement is governed by the issuing bank's terms.

• Non-Combinability This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing discount, promotional scheme, or cashback offer, unless expressly communicated by The Sleep Company. 
• Bank's Sole Discretion The EMI facility is extended to customers at the sole discretion of the issuing bank. The Sleep Company does not guarantee the availability of the EMI option at the time of purchase and will not be liable for any claim arising from the availability or non-availability of the EMI facility. 
• Individual Bank Terms In addition to these terms, the EMI terms and conditions of the issuing bank shall also be binding on the customer for all No Cost EMI transactions. 
• Offer Validity This offer is valid for a limited period as communicated by The Sleep Company. The Sleep Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend the offer — including the list of participating banks — at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
