TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Offer is valid only for select serviceable pincodes within Hyderabad, Telangana.

2. The Offer applies only to eligible standard products at store store only.

3. Customized products, made-to-order products, bulk orders, pre-orders, and any non-standard products shall not be eligible unless expressly stated.

4. Customers must verify next-day delivery availability by entering their delivery pincode prior to placing the order.

5. The order must be successfully placed and full payment must be completed before 4:00 PM (IST) to qualify.

6. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (IST) shall be considered as received on the next business day.

7. “Next Day Delivery” shall mean delivery on the next calendar day following order confirmation, subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions.

8. The Offer shall apply only where the delivery address falls within eligible Hyderabad pincodes.

9. In case of any rescheduling at the Customer end than in such case The Customer shall not be eligible for the complimentary pillow and the same if the delivery was scheduled but the Customer was unavailable.

10. In the event the Company fails to deliver within the committed next-day timeline, and all eligibility conditions are satisfied, the Customer shall be entitled to one (1) complimentary pillow worth Rs.999/- as compensation.

11. The complimentary pillow shall be provided strictly in kind, limited to one (1) per eligible order, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, refund, exchange, or credit note, and may be dispatched along with the original order or separately at the Company’s sole discretion.

12. The Company’s maximum liability under this Offer shall be limited strictly to providing the complimentary pillow worth Rs.999/-.

13. The Offer shall not apply to any delay arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, Customer unavailability, order modification or rescheduling requests, payment authorization or fraud verification issues, logistics or operational constraints, or any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural calamities, governmental actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

14. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with any other delivery guarantee or promotional scheme unless expressly stated.

15. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

16. The Company’s decision regarding eligibility and applicability of this Offer shall be final and binding.

17. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
