Free Recliner Comfort Quiz

• The Free Recliner Comfort Quiz will be live for 5 days i.e. 22nd June, 2026 till 26th June, 2026 (offer period). One Lucky winner will be selected each day during Offer Period to win Luxe Motorised Recliner Sofa (1-seater).

• The Free Recliner Everyday Sleep Quiz is open only to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, vendors, agency partners, distributors, franchisees, agents of The Sleep Company, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Participants can enter the contest by correctly answering the daily quiz question(s).

• Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Multiple entries by the same person on the same day, whether through different phone numbers, email addresses, accounts, or otherwise, may be disqualified.

• Each day's entries will close at 11:59 PM IST.

• Winners will be selected through a computer-generated random draw from all valid and correct entries received for that day.

• The Sleep Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, manipulated or submitted using multiple phone numbers or email address.

• Winners will be notified through the contact details provided during participation. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days of notification, or fails to provide the required verification documents, The Sleep Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• Winners may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and any other supporting documents as proof of age, identity, and residence before the prize is awarded.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

• In the event that the advertised prize model or variant is unavailable, The Sleep Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

• By accepting the prize, winners agree that The Sleep Company may use their name, photograph, city of residence, and/or testimonial for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• The prize is being provided free of cost as part of a promotional contest and is offered on an "as-is" basis. The prize shall not be eligible for any exchange, return, refund, buyback, warranty claim, replacement, or after-sales service benefits that may otherwise apply to products purchased through regular commercial transactions. Any defect, damage, or issue reported after acceptance and delivery of the prize shall not entitle the winner to any replacement, compensation, or other remedy from The Sleep Company.

• The Sleep Company is not responsible for any delayed, lost, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, or unsuccessful entries, notifications, or prize deliveries due to technical issues, courier delays, network failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Sleep Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

• In the event of technical failures, force majeure events, regulatory requirements, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, The Sleep Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

• The Sleep Company's decision regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize distribution, and all matters relating to the contest shall be final, binding, and non-contestable. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

• Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
