In no instance will this warranty cover any damage attributable to misuse or to normal wear and tear or to excessive weight placed upon the product.
For the first year, repairs and replacements are covered by The Sleep Company. Post that, customer can contact The Sleep Company for repair and replacement of parts and the customer is responsible for the service and transportation costs.

The weight should be evenly distributed across the bed base during the operation of the bed base. Sitting or standing on the bed or placing excessive weight on the bed would void the warranty and The Sleep Company would not be liable to any damage caused.
Always unplug the bed before cleaning or servicing
In case of spillage of any liquid, move to a dry area on the floor and unplug the bed immediately.
Clean surface of the bed with dry or damp soft cloth after unplugging.

Bed Base Installation Guide :

Unfold the base to full extension.
Position the middle leg fastener to prevent the base from folding while in motion. Attach the middle legs and four corner legs.
Flip the base over.
Attach the mattress stopper and connect to the adaptor.
Please make sure that all support arms are in the right place.

Bed Frame Installation Guide :

Assemble the headboard & footboard and attach the side panels to assemble the bed frame
Attach the cushions to the bed frame
Place the assembled bed base inside the bed frame
