Desired candidate profile-
Should have a graduate or postgraduate degree with eight to twelve years of recruitment experience
Should have solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process
Should have excellent stakeholder management skills
Should have a good grasp on sourcing from different platforms
Should also have the ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Ability to Initiate various communicate channels for recruitment
Driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service to deliver in line with the business goals
Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
Strong Excel and database management skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience of 4-6 years in scaling up teams.
Comfortable to work as an individual contributor initially
Have worked in developing recruitment processes and strategies
Working knowledge on various job portals – Linkedin, Naukri, iim jobs
Work independently on closing positions
Can think out of the box and provide innovative solutions
Experience in employer branding will be preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
