Home Demo service will be fulfilled by The Sleep Company sleep expert professionals
Sleep Expert will bring 1.5 ft. X 1.5 ft. Mock-up (Miniature) of all four different variants of mattress for demonstration purposes (Smart Luxe 8 Inch, Smart Ortho 8 inch, Smart Luxe Hybrid 8 Inch, Smart Ortho Hybrid 8 Inch)
Mock-ups will be only for demonstration purposes not for sale or given away
A fee of Rs 100. Will be charged for this service which will be paid online while booking the home demo service
Only 1 Re-Schedule booking is allowed after the booking is confirmed without any charges
After booking an appointment over the website it will be subject to approval basis the conversation with our sleep experts
The Sleep Company may cancel the appointment or reschedule basis of the Sleep Expert’s availability, full refund will be applicable in the original payment mode used during the time of service booking
No refund is applicable if the customer cancels the booking after the confirmation
